Remote Technical Support



Remote support is offered one of two ways, 1) Subscription & 2) Per Incident

We know how much of a hassle it can be to have to pack up your computer drop it off somewhere for a few days to come back and get it.

We offer our remote services for just that reason. You don't have to take your computer anywhere and one of our trained technicians will repair your computer via the Internet without visiting your home.

Subscription Service - SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES will watch for any issues that your computer may have. You simply fill out a ticket describing the issues that you are experiencing and a technician will check and fix the issues you list. Should one arise that is not seen by our system and you are unable to access the internet, drop off repair service is included.

Per Incident - PER INCIDENT SERVICES can be purchased online or over the phone. Just describe the issue you are having and one of our technicians will connect to your computer to diagnose the issues you are having and make any repairs needed to get you back up and running.
